Julie Janata is an Emmy Award-winning producer, a director and editor, sculpting acclaimed narrative and documentary features that have won more than 17 awards around the world. She imbues them with all the richness of story and character she learned while working on Oscar and Emmy winning productions on three continents for Warner Brothers, Universal, Paramount, Disney, Sony and 20th Century-Fox, as well as ABC, ESPN and the new premium Google/YouTube. She is a member of the Producers Guild, Editors Guild and serves as President and Co-Chair of Alliance of Women Directors. She is proud to support public education through Go Public.
